"Premium Roofing Systems, was punctual. Dave, who is the manager, came to the house, introduced himself and had me walk along side him as he was inspecting. He explained the condition of the roof, shared the why behind the potential issues if I chose the keep it longer. He shared the different kind of shingle companies and material. He ensured that I understood everything he was sharing before moving on to the next topic. We talked about pricing. He offered a quote and informed that this is a quote based on observations from current state. The quote can vary based on removing the layer and exposing more truths. I understood and was prepared. He offered his recommendation but empowered me to make the final decision. I selected the Presidential Shake TL Solaris. He shared with me that the work would take 5 days and that his team would ensure that the area would be cleaned before leaving the site daily. Once the work began, I met Ulisses and his team. They were fast and efficient. Ulisses invited me to join the crew up on the roof to show what was under the shingles. I had rotted wood, boards that were not connected to each other which would have caused major damage once the shingles failed. It required replacing a lot of wood. Ulisses was thoughtful of only replacing what needed to be replaced and not all of the roof. As I was exposed to the terrible work from the previous roofers and also the damage done by termites, I felt more confident with my decision to move forward with Premium Roofing Systems. Ulisses even recommended enhancing the look of my house with fascia and I have no regrets agreeing. The team, from Dave, Ulisses, and the main office, met and exceeded all my expectations. I was not able to stay to watch the work be done because I was working. So, every morning I would call Dave and Ulisses to understand progress and ask questions along the way. They were extremely responsive and I never felt ignored or abandoned. I took pictures every morning and evening to see the progress of the roof. When the work was done, I was impressed with the look of my house. My neighbor across the street shared that he was sitting in the front of his house watching the team work and was impressed with the attention to detail. He had not seen that kind of care from a roofing company in other homes in the area. This also lead to a parade of neighbors from the surrounding blocks coming to our house and praising the work done and asked for the company info. I especially love that Ulisses and team helped an elderly woman with her small issue with her tile roof. They replaced it and she was so happy. I highly recommend Dave, Ulisses, and team from Premium Roofing Systems. They are first and foremost, truthful and committed to customer service and care. I had natural doubts about contractor experiences at first, but once Day 1 of work started, all my doubts disappeared. They are so humble and care about their work.
