We recently had our roof replaced by Premium Roofing Systems and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the start, David was great to work with—he helped us walk through all the options and made sure we felt confident in our choices. Once the project kicked off, Nolan and Ulises were amazing handling things day-to-day. They were responsive, professional, and always willing to answer questions—even when I had a mid-day meeting and needed the crew to pause work for an hour, they were super understanding. They even took pictures during the process which helped reassure that the project was moving along and they provided drone shots after so that I could see the full final product . The crew that came out each day was fantastic. They were thorough, respectful, and left everything clean—every single day. They even cleaned up our neighbor’s yard, which didn’t go unnoticed. Our neighbor was so appreciative! There was a slight hiccup with receiving all the roof tiles from the distributor, but the team was quick to communicate and very apologetic, even though it was totally out of their control. Highly recommend Premium Roofing Systems if you’re looking for a quality job and a team that truly cares!

Can't recommend this company highly enough. They were up front with all the information and extremely professional throughout. Not to mention they were super efficient. They redid our whole roof and gutter system within four days. They were also competitive price wise, beating some other groups and nearly reaching parity with another company that we had used before but hadn't had the best experience with.

Honest, fair, and thorough. The office was easy to get in contact with and we were able to quickly schedule an appointment for an estimate. David came to my home to look at my roof and we assessed the damage. He provided many pictures that showed significant damage to our roof and presented many options for repair. He did not push for one option or another and presented the pros and cons to each option. Repairing a roof is not cheap, but for what we’re getting with Premium Roofing Systems, it is worth it. We were able to arrange for Nolan and his team to come to my home to start on the project. I appreciate how communicative and thorough the entire team is, from contacting me immediately when the project called for additional materials, sending necessary photos, and cleaning up after every step of the project. We have enjoyed working with them on our project so far and would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their roofs.
