I bid for work to address water filtering in between tiles and the roof paper. 5 companies provided proposals, one didn't even got on the roof to inspect the situation, and only two, PRS being one of them, did a thorough roof inspection including videos to show their findings and in their proposal they did not try to sell completely relaying new paper on roof section, instead they proposed a roof tuneup explaining clearly why. The pricing was very competitive, they were always very courteous and responsive, they showed up on time, and completed the work within the estimated time frame, leaving the work area clean.
